Job Duties
- Prepares and presents food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Provides service to the customers in a positive, friendly, helpful manner
- Responds proactively to prevent customer service situations
- Investigates and resolves customer incidents, documenting if necessary
- Runs a register, other devices and credit card machine accurately, following all cash handling procedures
- Follows current trends in the coffee business and makes operations suggestions
