Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Comfortable with customers and customer service
- Able to handle cash and provide accurate change
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for up to two hours
- Comfortable using POS technology
- Available to work Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- Prior barista or cashier experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
- Comfortable with technology and POS systems
- Friendly and high energy attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and espresso drinks and other beverage items using standard measures and recipes
- Stock and maintain coffee station supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Run and maintain a POS system with attention to detail and accuracy
- Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive environment
- Go out of your way to provide a high level of customer service
- Know and maintain the Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
- Escalate issues to manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
