Job Requirements

Interests in coffee program, must be passionate about coffee
active TABC and ServSafe certification required
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
strong ability to multitask
ability to problem solve quickly
strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers
selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies
preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks
prepare and serve drinks that meet quality standards
properly handle and maintain all equipment
respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
observe relevant health and safety standards
other duties as assigned
