Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in coffee service or customer-facing roles preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and customer service
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to follow instructions and complete training
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Open to learning and adaptability
Job Qualifications
- Complete training material provided to understand the menu and deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach, kneel, and climb stairs
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Ability to perform duties satisfactorily

Job Duties
- Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
- Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages including latte art
- Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
- Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
