This role centers on the position of Barista at La Colombe, now a vital part of the Chobani family. As a Barista, you will be at the heart of La Colombe’s café environment, serving not only exceptional coffee but also building meaningful connections with customers and acting as an ambassador of the brand. Your responsibilities will span from engaging with and welcoming guests, ensuring superior customer service with warmth and energy, to mastering the craft of coffee making through company training programs. You will take ownership of your station and shifts, maintaining responsibility and respect within a dynamic, fast-paced work setting.
