Job Description

The Acosta Group is a leading global sales and marketing agency known for its innovative and dynamic approach to connecting brands and consumers. With a strong reputation built on delivering meaningful customer experiences, Acosta champions a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement. The company operates across multiple industries with a focus on helping its clients succeed through expert sales brokerage and merchandising solutions. Employing a diverse workforce, Acosta fosters an environment where employees can grow their skills, contribute meaningfully, and engage in flexible and rewarding career opportunities. This particular opening at Acosta is for a part-time In-Store Juice Barista position, which offers a unique blend of culinary craft and operational precision within a fast-paced retail setting.

As an In-Store Juice Barista-Part Time with the Acosta Group, you will embody the customer-facing essence of our specialty beverage service while expertly managing behind-the-scenes administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. This hybrid role extends beyond typical drink-making duties to include a variety of tasks intersecting culinary preparation and detailed office work. Each shift involves handcrafting high-quality juices and smoothies that meet Acosta’s exacting quality standards, providing customers with fresh and delicious specialty drinks that enhance their shopping experience. Meanwhile, you will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and organization of critical financial and promotional data, supporting the merchandising team with essential insights that drive sales and ensure budget compliance.

This is not simply a service role; it is designed for individuals with a strong professional drive, keen attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit aimed at team success. Your expertise will bridge front-of-house customer engagement and back-of-house data analysis, requiring a natural problem solver who takes initiative and communicates effectively with corporate clients and store guests alike. You will utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to manage digital tools such as Acosta Sprint and internal systems for customer promotions and financial planning. This role provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that combines the rewarding aspects of both food service and administrative support, making it ideal for those seeking a diverse and engaging part-time position.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 and the chance to represent a respected global agency in the fast-moving retail and marketing landscape. Candidates with three to five years of data entry, administrative support, or sales brokerage experience—or relevant internships for recent graduates—will find this a valuable career step. The Acosta Group values employees who consistently manage their schedules effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain an unwavering commitment to accuracy. If you are an active listener who can translate customer needs into exceptional service and enjoy balancing hands-on beverage crafting with operational tasks, this role is tailored for you.
