Job Requirements
- Have a positive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic Church, her teachings, and her work
- Refrain from public promotion or approval of conduct or lifestyle that discredits or causes scandal in relation to the parish or contradicts Catholic doctrine or morals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to engage customers with joy and hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as a productive and collaborative team member
- Mission and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions
- Previous food handling or restaurant experience preferred
- Previous barista experience preferred
