Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
- previous work experience as a barista or server desirable
- willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment
- attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts
- basic math skills
- ability to gauge customers’ preferences
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, rotate, and reach regularly
- ability to work with mechanical and brewing equipment and devices
- specific vision abilities required including close vision due to computer and equipment work
- light to moderate lifting required
- regular predictable attendance including quarter-driven hours
- ability to work in confined area
- ability to sit or stand at terminal for extended periods
