Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years experience in customer service environment preferred
  • previous work experience as a barista or server desirable
  • willingness to learn new innovative coffee techniques and equipment
  • attention to detail
  • flexibility to work various shifts
  • basic math skills
  • ability to gauge customers’ preferences
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, twist, rotate, and reach regularly
  • ability to work with mechanical and brewing equipment and devices
  • specific vision abilities required including close vision due to computer and equipment work
  • light to moderate lifting required
  • regular predictable attendance including quarter-driven hours
  • ability to work in confined area
  • ability to sit or stand at terminal for extended periods
