Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a smartphone and email for shift scheduling
- Reliable transportation to reach multiple job locations
- Required uniform: black or white shirt, black pants, closed-toe non-slip shoes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to multiple client sites within Orange County and surrounding areas
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a café or fast-paced food service setting
- Strong multitasking and customer service skills
- Knowledge of espresso machines and drink preparation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and overnight shifts
- Comfortable interacting with diverse clientele across various venues
- Ability to maintain professionalism and follow uniform guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages to order
- Maintain a clean, organized barista station and customer service area
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Arrive on time in clean, professional attire, ready to caffeinate and elevate
- Take direction from supervisors and site managers as needed
