Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or barista experience
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- availability to work full-time schedule
- basic proficiency in cash handling and point of sale operations

- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling

- knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation is a plus
Job Duties
- serve customers in a friendly, positive, and helpful manner
- prepare and present drinks and food according to established recipes and standards
- respond proactively to customer concerns and resolve issues when they arise
- operate cash registers, credit card machines, and other devices accurately
- ensure all transactions are processed properly and accurately during each shift
- share updates, goals, and concerns with staff and supervisors as needed
- stay current on coffee trends and suggest operational improvements
