Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
- SERV Safe Certification
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time
- Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills

Job Duties
- Prepare, stock, and maintain the barista station continuously throughout the day
- Greet guests and determine their coffee interests and needs
- Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques along with serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Use cash register, handle cash accurately, and process payments
- Work as a team with others, train new team members, and cross train in other departments
- Complete weekly inventory and order list
- Clean and maintain all equipment continuously
- Perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
