Job Requirements

  • Previous barista experience required
  • Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
  • SERV Safe Certification
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation for long periods
  • Ability to carry 50lbs consistently
  • Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, stock, and maintain the station continuously throughout the day
  • Greet guests and determine their coffee interests and needs
  • Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items following prescribed recipes and techniques
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to sanitation regulations
  • Use cash register for accurate cash handling and payment processing
  • Work as a team, train new members, cross train in other departments
  • Complete weekly inventory and order list
  • Clean and maintain all equipment continuously
  • Perform other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
