Job Requirements

Previous barista experience required
knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
SERV Safe certification
ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation for long periods
ability to carry 50lbs consistently
reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills

Job Duties

Prepare, stock, and maintain station throughout the day
greet guests and determine their coffee interests and needs
educate guests by explaining the coffee menu and answering questions
prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items
maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation standards
use cash register and handle payments accurately
work as a team, train new members, and cross train in other departments
complete weekly inventory and order list
clean and maintain equipment continuously
perform other tasks requested by Operations Manager
