Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation and for long periods
- Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, smoothies, and other beverages following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Stock and maintain the station continuously throughout the day
- Greet guests, determining their coffee interests and needs
- Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Use cash register for accurate cash handling and payment processing
- Work as a team with others, train new team members, cross-train in other departments
- Complete weekly inventory and order lists
- Clean and maintain all equipment continuously
- Perform any other tasks as requested by Operations Manager
