Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Previous barista or food service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

A positive, friendly personality with great customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but we’re happy to train
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders efficiently
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following food safety guidelines
Memorize recipes and consistently craft drinks to company standards
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies to keep service running smoothly
