Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team
- Ability to work in high energy and demanding environment
- Knowledge of math for cost calculation and cash handling
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and math
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures
Job Duties
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile
- Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders promptly
- Operate and clean coffee making equipment
- Prepare beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
- Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash and credit card transactions following company procedures
- Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to manager if needed
