Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Food and beverage experience preferred but not required
  • Customer service focused and solution oriented
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team
  • Ability to work in high energy and demanding environment
  • Knowledge of math for cost calculation and cash handling
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and math
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile
  • Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders promptly
  • Operate and clean coffee making equipment
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions following company procedures
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and escalate to manager if needed
