Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capability to accurately handle cash and point-of-sale operations
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to work outside in varying weather conditions
- Ability to use utility knives safely
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or food and beverage roles preferred
- Ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is beneficial
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Converse with customers to confirm their drink orders and correctly key them into the point-of-sale system
- Collect payments for orders and correctly count back change to customers
- Prepare all drinks and premixes accurately
- Move with urgency to serve customers timely
- Stay productive and proactive throughout the entire shift
- Make personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and warm smiles
- Know the menu and drink customizations thoroughly and assist customers with recommendations
- Maintain good hygiene and dress appropriately
- Follow shift change duties, checklists, and weekly chores
- Always be clocked in and ready to work at assigned position at shift start
- Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations
