Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years barista experience
Experience with third wave coffee
Front of house hospitality experience
Passion for quality and customer service
Ability to deliver artistic espresso beverages
Positive and collaborative work ethic

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Ability to multitask efficiently

Job Qualifications

Third wave coffee experience
Minimum 2 years barista experience
Experienced front of house professional with a sweet tooth for cookies
Passion for hospitality and up to date with latest industry trends
Commitment to quality, aesthetics and top notch customer experience
Ability to make people feel good including team and guests
Works positively and collaboratively to achieve highest standards of delivery
Learns quickly and adapts to Maman's unique culture

Job Duties

Create and serve the full beverage menu while upholding consistency of Maman beverage standards
Work with top of the industry equipment and high quality, locally roasted coffee
Manage your time effectively and multi-task with efficiency without compromising quality
Efficiently work on the barista station while delivering beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
Successfully communicate specials of the season and encourage guests to try best selling items
Ensure return visitors and foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service
Make decisions based on ensuring happiness for the guests, the team and the company while maximizing profitability
Always keep the barista station sparkling
Investigate and resolve any guest concerns
Assist with re-stocking at the end of your shift
