Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
must be 21 years of age or older
minimum 1 year of related experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
ability to maintain focus and work with urgency
excellent communication skills
adherence to company appearance and uniform standards
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
possession or ability to obtain Nevada Food Handlers Card
possession or ability to obtain Nevada TAM Card
possession or ability to obtain Nevada Gaming Registration Card
ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year of experience as a barback, food runner, or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality or bar environment
outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
strong work ethic and willingness to learn
ability to interact effectively with guests and team members in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
ability to maintain company appearance and uniform standards
ability to have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Food Handlers Card
must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada TAM Card
must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card
ability to submit to and pass a background check and drug test

Job Duties

Restock liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, and supplies throughout the shift
always maintain bar cleanliness and organization at the highest standard
prepare and stock mise-en-place, including fresh juices, garnishes, syrups, and ice
assist bartenders with clearing glasses, running drinks, and setting up stations
keep the back bar and storage areas clean and well-organized
support opening and closing duties, including trash removal and equipment sanitation
handle deliveries and restocking with accuracy and care
respond promptly to bartender requests to ensure seamless service
uphold all safety, sanitation, and health regulations consistently
represent the brand with professionalism and style
deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately
clearly communicate menu items, ingredients, and modifications to guests
ensure food is presented properly and in accordance with service standards
collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely service
check completed orders for accuracy and presentation before delivery
maintain a clean and organized expo and delivery area
assist with clearing and resetting tables when needed
provide attentive, knowledgeable, and proactive guest service
handle guest inquiries and escalate concerns to management as appropriate
