Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
- availability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous two to three years experience in fast-paced bar or hospitality environment
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- must follow safety policies and procedures and complete required safety training
- demonstrate teamwork and communication skills
- comply with company service standards
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- able to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests
- able to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays during events
- sufficient mobility to perform tasks involving reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- two to three years experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed
- anticipate needs throughout the shift
- assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
- report timely to work and be prepared to start at the scheduled time
- set up work area as directed
- abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
- ensure prompt and quality service is provided
