Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull
- Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local regulations
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Communication skills to cooperate with bartenders and team members
Job Duties
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar and bar unit
- Collect empty glasses and wash glassware to ensure adequate supply
- Prepare fresh garnishes using FIFO system
- Restock bar and designated station with supplies
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage areas to comply with health codes
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
