Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical stamina to perform tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Previous experience in bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of bar operations is a plus
- Physical ability to lift heavy items
Job Duties
- Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer
- Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
- Assists with washes glasses, bar, and equipment, and polishes bar fixtures
- Mops floors
- Removes empty bottles and trash
- Assists with stocking bar supplies
- Maintains a clean and dry floor throughout the building
- Empties full trashcans
- Continuous communication with managers, hosts, bartenders and servers
- May check in product to insure deliveries match invoice
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
