Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage category
  • must be able to pass all issued training tests throughout employment
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • adherence to company dress code and personal hygiene standards
  • legal age to serve alcohol according to local laws
  • ability to work both part-time and full-time as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in barback or similar hospitality roles preferred
  • strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic knowledge of food and beverage service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • ability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
  • maintain proper par levels if necessary make fresh syrups and house made mixes
  • efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
  • ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre bussing is maintained
  • assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
  • complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
  • learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard
  • build a rapport with guests be active in assisting and communicating requests
  • attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department
  • comply with company rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift
  • follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and report to management any hazardous situation or incident
