Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or food service preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends and holiday weekends
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • actively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • professional and patient communication style
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • effective verbal and written communication
  • have or willing to acquire a Food Handler's Permit
  • willingness to complete TIPS training for alcohol service
  • comfortable serving alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

  • ensure customers receive a high level of service consistent with company philosophy
  • communicate with staff and management via Basecamp System
  • enforce campground policies and implement solutions aligned with park goals
  • proactively manage guest relations to maintain a positive environment
  • coordinate with guest services for problem resolution
  • utilize creative problem-solving skills
  • prepare mixed drinks and serve tap and canned beverages
  • use kitchen appliances and utensils comfortably
  • perform bar prep for drinks and snacks
  • operate as cashier and process orders
  • assist with weekly inventory of perishables and non-perishables
  • complete TIPS training for responsible alcohol service
  • serve beer, wine, and spirits at the bar and on the beverage cart
  • assist with catering events by serving drinks
  • prepare and serve food and beverages across the property
  • maintain cleanliness of food prep areas according to Health Code
  • clean appliances and equipment daily
  • perform dishwashing and sanitizing
  • undertake other duties as assigned
