Job Requirements

Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
Maintain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to be on feet for most of the shift
Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
Willingness to uphold safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing
Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice
Maintain a clean and organized bar area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils
Collect empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly
Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean and compliant
