Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant barback experience in fine dining
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Proficiency in multitasking and organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service to guests by supporting bartenders
- Follow proper steps of service
- Work alongside the bartender team to maintain efficient bar operations
- Use skill, knowledge, and personality to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure the bar is stocked and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and order behind the bar
- Assist in restocking supplies and glassware
