Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by maintaining supply levels for glassware, mixers, ice, beverages and other needed supplies
- Assist with equipment clearing and ware washing
- Provide guest service assistance as needed
- Support food server with guest needs
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Restock and prepare bar supplies for service
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
