Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues effectively
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment that complies with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and create a fun and engaging atmosphere
