Job Duties
- Master the art of crafting a tailored experience for each guest, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations
- Present and explain our diverse food and beverage offerings with confidence, focusing on seamless service within both the dining and bar sections of the restaurant
- Take accurate customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a fun and safe dining experience for all guests
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Uphold all company policies and standards related to food safety and responsible alcohol service
