  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties

  • lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • manage recruitment, training, and development of kitchen staff
  • oversee kitchen operations ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • collaborate with Banquet Chef to manage departmental expenses including labor costs
  • maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation
  • adapt quickly to changing food and beverage requirements
  • uphold integrity and accountability throughout all culinary processes
