Job Duties

  • Support the execution of all banquet and event culinary operations with consistency and efficiency
  • lead and oversee food preparation, production, and plating during banquet service
  • partner with the Regional Chef and Banquet Executive Sous Chef to ensure seamless event execution
  • maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and timing across all events
  • train, coach, and support kitchen team members-reinforcing accountability and development
  • step into a leadership role on the line, driving pace and performance during service
  • assist with inventory, ordering, and maintaining appropriate food levels for events
  • support food cost control efforts, minimizing waste while maintaining quality
  • uphold all sanitation, safety, and organizational standards within the kitchen
