Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long durations
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
- Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel or stoop repeatedly
- Good hearing and vision
- Eligible to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Good hearing and vision for a dynamic event environment
- Previous serving experience is a plus but not required
- Customer service orientation and professionalism
Job Duties
- Greet guests and help them find seats
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Convey menu and order instructions to the kitchen and bar staff
- Circulate the event space carrying trays with food and drinks
- Refill guests' beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event area
- Assist with event set-up and take-down as required
