Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- A high school diploma is required
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of service standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by being attentive, friendly, and helpful to all guests and team members
- Oversee the daily operations of the banquet department, ensuring efficient service and satisfied guests
- Supervise and support banquet personnel, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Address guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate effectively with other Food & Beverage managers to address ongoing issues
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding operational challenges
- Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies within the banquet operations
- Prepare and submit required operational reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor service quality and compliance with local health and safety regulations
- Conduct staff performance reviews and lead ongoing training programs
- Facilitate communication with the kitchen regarding event counts and menu preparations
- Ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness across all banquet areas
- Direct banquet setup and oversee service operations, maintaining high service standards
- Engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and to promote satisfaction
