Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and health regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attend all required trainings and meetings
  • Maintain personal appearance standards
  • Comply with safety and operational standards
  • Ability to work long hours and exert physical effort

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • Strong knowledge of service standards and service types
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and regulations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of daily banquet operation
  • Supervise all banquet personnel
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other Food & Beverage managers on operational issues
  • Monitor compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and training
  • Ensure proper banquet setup and service quality
