Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor laws and health regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attend all required trainings and meetings
- Maintain personal appearance standards
- Comply with safety and operational standards
- Ability to work long hours and exert physical effort
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma required
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Strong knowledge of service standards and service types
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily banquet operation
- Supervise all banquet personnel
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other Food & Beverage managers on operational issues
- Monitor compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
- Conduct staff performance reviews and training
- Ensure proper banquet setup and service quality
