Job Duties

  • Manage and participate in daily banquet culinary operations
  • Prepare and produce meals for banquet events
  • Supervise food quality and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor team member productivity and performance
  • Implement policies and procedures for banquet operations
  • Control costs and maintain overall profitability
  • Visually inspect and select quality food and beverage products
  • Analyze Banquet Event Orders to coordinate food and beverage for client functions
  • Monitor compliance with health and alcohol awareness standards
  • Develop team performance through supervision and training
  • Conduct recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of team members
  • Assist in menu creation and planning
