Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a chef
- capability to introduce creative menu ideas
- knowledge of hygiene protocols
- proficiency with knife techniques
- understanding of cooking methods such as sauteing and grilling
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ability to operate kitchen ticket systems
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Manage menu planning
- oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervise preparation, plating, and quality of banquet food
- collaborate with Executive Chef and front of house
- develop and test new menu concepts
- manage banquet production team and prep lists
- maintain clean and sanitary workstations
