Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience cooking in a high volume banquet facility, hotel, or restaurant is preferred
  • Experience maintaining inventories and company recipes is required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Job Duties

  • Prepare all foods according to recipe sheets and BEOs
  • Maintain work area, coolers and dry storage in a clean and orderly fashion
  • Adhere to and maintain local health department standards
  • Complete assigned projects within allocated time
  • Assist Sous Chefs in all assigned food costs goals
  • Assist Sous Chefs in all labor costs goals
  • Taste and evaluate food products before service
  • Keep a clean and presentable appearance at all times
