Job Requirements
- must have previous culinary management experience
- ability to develop and implement menu items
- capability to manage scheduling, payroll, training, and hiring
- must ensure food safety and sanitation standards
- must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must embody Hyatt core values
- be able to stand and walk throughout the day
- be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
- able to twist, bend, and squat frequently

Job Duties
- develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards
- manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring
- monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency daily
- ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
- work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
