Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in banquet kitchen management
- Supervisory experience in a hotel or related culinary environment
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Valid state driver’s license
- Strong communication and decision-making skills

Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficiency in company approved word processing and spreadsheet software
- Valid state driver's license
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and make effective decisions
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Strong analytical skills with competency in financial data and basic arithmetic
- Excellent listening skills to address and resolve co-worker and guest concerns
Job Duties

- Manage food costs within budgetary limits and organize recipe cards for consistent dish preparation
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold Aimbridge Hospitality culinary standards and foster team development
