Job Requirements

  • at least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • working knowledge of drink mixing and service
  • proficiency in operating bar equipment
  • familiarity with applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • experience with computerized Point of Sale systems
  • ability to follow cash handling procedures
  • current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve inspired and expertly crafted drinks
  • engage guests with beverage expertise and exceptional hospitality
  • operate and maintain all bar equipment proficiently
  • adhere to applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • process transactions accurately using computerized Point of Sale system
  • handle cash following standard procedures
  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards including maintaining valid State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit
