Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Less than twelve months of related experience in baking or pastry work
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Flexibility to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, and reaching
Job Qualifications

- Less than twelve months of related exposure in baking, pastry work, or kitchen settings
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Adhere to set recipes and presentation standards when making and baking pastries, bread, desserts, and various baked goods
- Scale, combine, allocate, and arrange the necessary ingredients for the daily baking tasks
- Properly handle and manage baking equipment and instruments to ensure safety
- Oversee the operation of ovens and kitchen devices to guarantee the correct cooking timings and temperatures
- Comply with regulations concerning food safety and sanitation protocols, such as appropriate food storage, maintaining personal cleanliness, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Follow kitchen guidelines for setting up and dismantling workstations
- Guarantee consistent food quality and standards with each batch prepared throughout the working period
