Job Requirements
- 3-5 years as a bakery production chef in a similar hospitality role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including conversational Spanish
- Ability to manage teams and maintain customer relationships
- Comfortable adapting to changing needs and environments
- Dedication to hospitality with ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding shifts
- Proficient with systems such as pars, ordering, inventory, vendor management, and maintenance
- High school diploma or GED

- Establish and develop a transparent, growth-oriented kitchen culture
- Collaborate with other divisions to enhance 'ohana culture, sales, and scheduling
- Build and maintain digital and operational systems ensuring compliance
- Support strategic planning including budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with marketing to provide bakery content for brand campaigns
