Job Requirements
- 3-5 years as a general manager in hospitality
- high school diploma or GED
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage teams and customer relationships
- conversational Spanish required
- comfortable with changing environments
- dedication to hospitality with ability to work long and demanding shifts
- proficiency with systems like Pars, ordering, inventory, vendor management, and maintenance

- Lead flawless execution of all bakery operations ensuring quality and consistency

- Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with marketing to create brand campaigns
