Job Requirements
- Minimum three to five years of bread baking and pizza production experience
- Graduate of culinary program is preferred
- Catering experience is a plus
- Ability to be on feet for long periods standing or walking
- Ability to frequently sit stoop kneel crouch
- Ability to frequently talk hear and smell
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs safely and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs
- Ability to work effectively in a kitchen environment with fluctuations in temperature and conditions
- Punctuality is an absolute must

Job Duties
- Oversees the production of pastries and other bakery merchandise
- Accurately bakes bread products according to recipes
- Measures ingredients using measuring cups and spoons
- Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer
- Cuts dough into uniform portions with knife or divider
- Adjusts drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature
- Removes baked goods from oven and places goods on cooling rack
