Job Requirements
- comprehension of both verbal and written recipes production orders cooking instructions and techniques for baking follow all outlined health and safety regulations with regard to equipment use and personal hygiene ability to manage time independently ability to stand for extended periods of time have the ability to move objects approximately 35 lbs to waist height adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards positive can-do attitude this position may be called upon to perform other jobs as determined by the supervisor associates will be expected to provide exemplary customer service in a courteous friendly manner at all times
Job Qualifications
- experience in baking and food preparation knowledge of baking techniques and equipment ability to read and follow written and verbal recipes strong organizational and time management skills good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods good communication and teamwork skills positive attitude and flexibility
Job Duties
- prepare a variety of baked goods including desserts cookies scones muffins and bagels proof and bake products according to established recipes and production schedules ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including personal hygiene and equipment use maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the baking area and equipment manage time efficiently to meet production demands assist with other food service duties as assigned provide exemplary customer service in a courteous and friendly manner adhere to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation protocols
