Job Duties
- Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs following recipes and makeup instructions
- wrap, label, and store bakery items according to company policies
- operate, maintain, and sanitize baking equipment
- provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their bakery orders
- maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area
- collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and meet production goals
- comply with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
