Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior baking or food preparation experience
ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical capability to perform duties including standing for long periods
excellent personal hygiene habits
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

report to work on time and maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene
prep all bakery items according to company recipes and quality standards
display proper food safety techniques including hand washing and glove use
maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the workstation including prep tables and refrigeration units
follow restaurant emergency procedures and safety guidelines
ensure all food products meet presentation and quality standards
immediately report unsafe conditions or accidents
