Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of culinary training
- Three or more years of experience in a related field
- Valid Washington State food handler's card
- Ability to lift, stir, and carry ingredients and baked goods up to 40 pounds
- Mobility to climb stairs routinely
- Ability to tolerate smoke-filled environment
- Must work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- Obtain Class III B license
- Pass pre-employment drug testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of culinary training
- Three or more years of experience in a related field
- Valid Washington State food handler's card
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs regularly
- Successful completion of 90-day orientation period
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods and desserts according to recipes and established procedures
- Use creativity and latitude in baking to produce high-quality products
- Perform routine cleaning to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Lift, carry, and handle ingredients and baked goods weighing up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs regularly as part of job duties
- Work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the department manager
