Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a bakery, kitchen, or food production setting (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of baking measurements, dough handling, and oven operation
- Experience with Indian baked goods is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items such as burger buns, bread, and cakes
- Assist in daily prep for desserts like cakes, brownies, and for special occasions and events
- Ensure freshness and quality of all baked goods for restaurant and catering use
- Maintain inventory and prep logs
- assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Work from recipes and ensure consistency across batches
- Keep bakery station and equipment clean and sanitized per food safety standards
- Package baked items for retail or take-out when required
- Support catering and large event prep with bulk baked items
