Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior high volume baking experience
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday
- availability for early morning or evening shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and handling moderately heavy ingredients and equipment
- commitment to follow safety and sanitation protocols

- basic knowledge of baking equipment and procedures
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards
- assist with completion of production records including waste tracking and product shortages
- maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- handle food items safely according to corporate and OSHA standards
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally
- manage peak production workload calmly and efficiently
- ensure food presentation and service meet standards
- follow principles of sanitation and safety in handling food
- complete shift work thoroughly and timely
- perform other duties as assigned
